No, you do not need to register for an account to make a purchase. You can place your order without creating a SCANDIS account.

Currently we do not offer financing options.

For all orders placed with SCANDIS, our Customer Care team will personally contact you to walk through your order details.

We do our best to make sure that all items in an order arrive at the same time. If this is not possible, SCANDIS Customer Care will contact you to let you know in advance.

When product is being delivered, you should inspect all items in your shipment before signing for the delivery. Upon inspection, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and contact Customer Care immediately to arrange for replacement part, a scheduled repair or exchange. If the item is unusable, you should refuse the delivery.

We ship to the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii or any United States territories.

Yes, you can have your order ship to multiple addresses. There will be a separate shipping charge for each address.

As of 2014, the state of California no longer allowed upholstered items to contain flame retardants. For all of our products manufactured after the 2014 effective date, we adopted this regulation company-wide in every state where we do business.All of our products are compliant with the California regulation.
