To provide the fastest and most cost-effective shipping possible, we utilize our multiple West Coast distribution centers and several national shipping partners. For details, see below.

Most orders will arrive to your shipping destination within 3 weeks. Due to stock levels, proximity to our stores, and factors outside of our control, your order’s in-house processing and transit time may vary. When possible, we will utilize our shippers that are near our store locations to expedite orders.

To determine which of the below shipping methods you qualify for, please put the items you are
interested in into your cart and put in your shipping address to receive your shipping options. You can also expand the shipping section on any product page to put in your zip code for basic shipping information.

 

$99 FLAT RATE WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING

  • White Glove Delivery Service with Assembly Included.
  • Unlimited items, one flat rate.
  • Orders within 25 miles of one of our retail stores. Check in your shopping cart to see if you are eligible. Does not apply to UNIQUE GEOGRAPHIC AREAS.
  • Up to 3-week door-to-door turnaround time.
  • The delivery service will contact you by phone when your order is ready to be delivered. They will make an appointment with you to come into your home, unbox the items, remove all the packaging, and perform any assembly required.

$149 FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Orders outside of 25 miles of one of our retail stores. Check in your shopping cart to see if you are eligible. Does not apply to UNIQUE GEOGRAPHIC AREAS*.
  • No assembly is included with this shipping method.
  • Unlimited items, one flat rate
  • Up to 3-week door-to-door turnaround time.
  • The delivery service will contact you by phone when your order is ready to be delivered. They will make an appointment to drop the order off, still in the box, at the ‘first dry place’ that is available (sometimes a garage, porch, or just inside the front door).

$199 FLAT RATE WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING

  • Orders outside of 25 miles of one of our retail stores. Check in your shopping cart to see if you are eligible. Including UNIQUE GEOGRAPHIC AREAS*
  • White Glove Delivery Service with assembly Included.
  • Unlimited items, one flat rate
  • Up to 3-week door-to-door turnaround time.
  • The delivery service will contact you by phone when your order is ready to be delivered. They will make an appointment with you to come into your home, unbox the items, remove all the packaging, and perform any assembly required.

*UNIQUE GEOGRAPHIC AREAS may include island and mountain regions.  


FEDEX SHIPMENTS

  • Small items may ship with FedEx Home Delivery.
  • All FedEx shipments will require that someone is available to sign for the package
  • upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the FedEx driver will leave a door tag and return on the next business day.
  • During processing by the Customer Care team, based on various circumstance, your order may be given a complimentary upgrade to another shipping method. We may upgrade this to our $149 Standard Shipping at no additional cost to you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


I need my order to arrive on a specific day, is that possible?

When given ample forewarning we are able to arrange a specific delivery date. For orders near our stores this may be easier, depending on whether or not the item is in stock at your local distribution center. For orders outside the range of our stores, Customer Care requires anywhere from 4-6 weeks forewarning to guarantee a specific delivery date. If you have specific dates by which you need to receive your order, please contact us at Hello@website.com or (844)722-6347. Some days of the week may not be available.


I live near a store and would like to pick my order up there.

To arrange for store pickup for an order, we recommend that you contact your local Dania or Scandinavian Designs store to arrange for pickup.


What does “Flat Rate Shipping” mean?

Your order will ship for $99, $149, or $199 no matter if you order a small dining table or a whole living room worth of furniture. Buy more, save more!


Do your shippers provide services to remove my old furniture?

Our services are only insured to handle the furniture that we send with them, nothing else. It is your responsibility to clear the area and remove any old furniture before your delivery appointment.
