We are committed to providing you with an excellent customer experience. We stand behind the merchandise we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or any part of your experience, please let us know. Most merchandise comes with a manufacturer's warranty which takes precedence over any other warranty. In the event that the manufacturer does not provide a warranty or the manufacturer's warranty is less than one year, we provide the original retail purchaser a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty is guaranteed provided the products are subject to normal wear and tear, are used for their original purpose and are not modified in any way. Some materials such as wood and veneer are natural materials, and variations are characteristic. Natural materials are also subject to color changes due to environment or sunlight. These normal variations are not covered under our warranty. It is up to the purchaser to arrange transportation for warranty issues.
PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED
When product is being delivered, you should inspect all items in your shipment before signing for the delivery. Upon inspection, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and contact Customer Care immediately via the CONTACT US form on this page to arrange for replacement part, a scheduled repair or exchange. If the item is unusable, you should refuse the delivery.
YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact Customer Care via the CONTACT US form on this page to determine if your order can be cancelled. If the product has been packed and prepared for shipment, a restocking fee may apply. If your order has shipped, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided you have retained all original packaging. Customer is responsible for transportation back to SCANDIS. Merchandise not in original packaging will be subject to a restock charge depending upon the condition of the merchandise when it is returned. Any restock charge will be taken out of any refund due. We cannot accept returns on mattresses, futons, special order merchandise, merchandise purchased on clearance or "as is", merchandise sold as final sale or damaged merchandise. Accessory items may be returned with no shipping charge if Customer Care is notified within 30 days of receipt. Restocking charges will depend upon condition when received. NOTE: Damaged items will have parts sent or exchanged at no charge. Photos of the damaged merchandise will be required.
